As the former owners and managers of Dundee Hardware Plus, the Schrader’s have long been recognized as the source for home related problem solving. People with issues in their home rely on the Schrader's to diagnose and solve those issues.

Formerly, the Schrader’s functioned without benefit of witnessing those issues first hand. As Property Inspectors, the Schrader’s believe the traditional inspection process is not providing the best service available. They believe that simply pointing out an issue is not enough.

The Schrader’s have many new tools at their disposal. Using the most modern equipment available and short of actually opening up walls to explore further, (although this service is available as well) they endeavor to expose every issue at hand. They then seek to explain the root cause of those issues and offer an unbiased opinion as to the best course of action to correct those issues.

They are not contractors and will never profit from recommended repairs. Instead, as inspection “generalists” they seek to identify issues, explain how those issues interact in relationship to the entire property and offer a menu of cost effective solution alternatives to deal directly with those issues.

Finally, in addition to understanding accepted construction practices and materials used over the last hundred years, both are educated on the most modern materials and techniques as well .
